UATAN provides management services to all the associations at Town Apartments North.
The Articles of Incorporation was the document that was filed with the Florida Secretary of State in order to create UATAN as a non-profit corporation.[1]
The bylaws are the operating manual for UATAN and must be followed by its board of directors.[2] Florida law says that UATAN must have an annual meeting every year in order to elect a board of directors and any other business that comes before the association.[3]
These bylaws were amended on July 30, 1986, December 14, 1988, and January 31, 2000.
The January 25, 1989 maintenance agreement defines the legal relationship between each association and UATAN.
